What is a running evaluation?

Running evaluations are done to evaluate your specific running style to get rid of chronic niggles or to prevent injuries. A biomechanical assessment is used in combination with a thorough evaluation of your joints and muscles to address injuries and performance issues. Click here for more information.

Is it possible to receive physiotherapy at my own home or office?

A.

Yes. We offer professional physiotherapy sessions in the comfort of your own home, hotel or office in the Kimberley region. We are completely mobile and will bring all  the necessary equipment with.

Do you charge a call out fee for home or office visits?

A.

No call out fee is charge if within a radius of 20 km of our physiotherapy practice in 9 Vergelegen Ave, Royldene, Kimberley, Northern Cape. We charge normal medical aid approved physiotherapy fees for the consultation and treatment.

Do you have credit card facilities?

Unfortunately not yet. We do accept cash or an EFT.

My father/mother/friend is bedridden and weak, can you come and treat them?

A.

Yes. We are fully mobile and do home visits. Physiotherapists are trained to help strengthen a person and teach them to walk again if possible.

Do you use dry needles?

A.

Yes. Hanette Lemke is well trained in dry needling and use it often with great success.

My doctor said I need to strengthen my core muscles, can you assist me?

A.

Yes. Hanette Lemke has years of experience in rehabilitating patients after injury, pain, weakness or surgery. The core muscles are small muscles that help support our body and bigger muscles. Core muscles are crucial to help avoid pain and injury. Pilates type exercises also help to strengthen the core muscles.

Do you offer Pilates classes?

Yes. Hanette Lemke is well trained in Pilates and core muscle strengthening. Private or semi-private classes are available at the practice or in the comfort of your own home or office.
